How we Operate

Planning Phase

During this phase, the project committee will come together to plan for the varying phases in the year ahead. Needs Analysis will also be conducted to better understand the needs of our beneficiaries.

Fundraising Phase

Donations and funds are collected during this period. Other than sourcing for sponsorships, the public is also encouraged to donate to our cause either at Sheng Siong Supermarkets or via online platforms. The fundraised amount will be used to purchase bundle sets for our beneficiaries.

Packing & Distribution Phase

The project committee, together with volunteers, will be heading down to the various social service agencies to assist in the packing as well as distribution of the bundle sets.

Beneficiary Engagement Phase

A phase where the project committee comes together to engage the beneficiaries. Activities such as healthy cooking demonstration using the bundle set items will be conducted.
